No discussion about map editing hex??

Would be nice if some one could find the values used for the inventory in survival inside map files, plus I believe the hex FF(255) represents nothing for an inventory space.

I have searched its for creative mode, but I don't find them.

But, I haven't searched a lot !

I'm trying to identify the hex locations for the sizes (x,y,z). If the addresses are static on every map, the x and y integers could be at 0x1a6 and 0x1bf. I'm not quite sure yet, but the map i'm looking at is 512x512x128. Also, the Z value could be at 0x19d or 0x1c3.

This page has info that's only relevant to Classic Level Format, so I'll start merging the articles.
