  • Minecraft_Server.exe
  • Minecraft Server Launch Utility

[edit] Creating Your First Server

  • Create a new folder directory to contain your new server/s
  • Place the Minecraft Server Launch Utility and Minecraft_server.exe into this folder
  • Run Minecraft Server Launch Utility
  • Create a new Server by clicking New
  • Complete the properties section, only change properties marked as Advanced if you are a competent user
  • Add Users, Banned Players/IPs and Edit the white list. (One Entry per Line)
  • Finish the Setup Wizard
  • You can add a image to personalize the server listing by first selecting the server and then selecting add image
  • Open the server by either double clicking the server or clicking Open. If it dose not launch, 1. Check the path of Minecraft.exe in the Application Options Menu; 2. Ensure you have the latest version of Minecraft Server Launch Utility and report it as a bug.
  • Have Fun Playing Minecraft on your new server :)

[edit] Already have a server?

  • Place the Minecraft Server Launch Utility in the same folder as your Minecraft_Server.exe
  • Launch Minecraft Server Launch Utility
  • Create a new server, name it the same name as your current server (Don't worry, this won't wipe your current server, make a backup just in case)
  • Complete the new server wizard and click finish
  • Click Open
  • Minecraft Server Should now launch. If it does not, 1. Check the path of Minecraft.exe in the Application Options Menu; 2. Ensure you have the latest version of Minecraft Server Launch Utility and report it as a bug.
