Ghast Tears are items dropped by Ghasts when they are killed. They are relatively difficult to obtain due to the fact that Ghasts commonly hover over lava or unreachable areas and that Ghasts only drop 0-1 tears.

Use
Ghast Tears are items solely used in brewing - currently there is no other use for them. They turn an Awkward Potion into a Potion of Regeneration, or a Water Bottle into a Mundane Potion.
